To nurture the greatest potential in children, it is important to teach them how to consciously develop and access their belief systems about themselves and life. Therein lies the tools to assist them to consciously co-create and navigate their life experiences. These tools can assist them to understand and trust their innate knowing, learn about their bodies, understand the menstrual cycle and puberty, how to communicate and express themselves, be able to identify their creative process and much more.
