Stomach Rules!!!

Whether you are experiencing food allergies, painful menstrual cycles, morning sickness, infertility, special needs challenges, one thing each person has in common is a challenge in the stomach. When the health of your stomach becomes compromised, all other systems of the body are affected as they all rely on what is first processed in the stomach. This could leave your body vulnerable to varying health issues.

Your stomach is responsible for processing EVERYTHING – your thoughts, emotions, life experiences, and food. The health of your stomach is affected by food nutrition, your response to stress, and your belief about ‘digesting’ your life experiences.

Common symptoms of stomach problems include:
• Gas
• Stiff shoulders/neck/joints
• Headaches/migraines
• Cold hands/feet
• Poor memory
• Insomnia
• Muscle aches and pains
• Abdominal cramping after eating
• Diarrhea/constipation
• Weight issues
• Fatigue
• Anxiety
• Loss of libido

You must address the health of your stomach in order to fully address any health challenge. First, examine your nutritional intake; remember good nutrition helps to heal and bad nutrition helps to deteriorate and foster dis-ease.

Other support for building a healthy stomach includes drinking the appropriate amount of water daily, taking the right enzymes, which help to repair and optimize functioning of your stomach and entire body; add essential oils to your daily lifestyle - they create gentle, positive changes in your stomach; choose a more relaxed and grounded response to stress and how you process your life experiences.

6/29/10: Womb Health Online Course - Addressing Reproductive Challenges Prior to and During Pregnancy

Womb Health Course
Instructor: Nicole Tucker, Lic. L.C.C.

Maintaining a healthy womb is vital to mother's health, in general, and to provide a safe and balanced home for her growing baby. In order to accomplish this goal, all existing reproductive challenges, such as fibroids, endometriosis, and cysts, must be acknowledged and can be holistically addressed. On a physical level, these imbalances can cause severe pain, leading to a disruption in quality of living. Energetically, they are blockages within the woman's thought processes, belief systems, and emotional life that have landed and taken tangible form in her physical body.

This manifestation poses a potential health risk for her baby in-utero as he or she requires an unencumbered and unchallenged womb space to thrive in the best health. Though it is the baby's soul request to inhabit such a womb for its own personal life lessons, the mother can still consciously choose to heal the space and alter their realities.

In this course, we will explore the possible reasons why the reproductive challenges have been manifested, the health risks to both mother and baby, and the multi-tude of holistic options that can successfully assist the healing process.

Non-pregnant women with reproductive challenges are encouraged to take the class.

Who's In Charge

Went to the supermarket the other day. Saw a father and daughter shopping. She was a cute kid (4-6 years old) with big, piercing eyes and a dominant personality. She picked up a BIG box of chips, about 24 small bags in the container and brought it over to the cart. She looked at her father, with those big eyes, basically saying "I want this and you will say yes". He smirked and in went the container.

Couple of things caught my attention - 1. the diet of kids are so unhealthy and making them sick and 2. the father was afraid to say no to his daughter. p.s. She later saw something else that she wanted , he "tried" to grab it from her, she held her stand and in it went into the cart.

Parents, stop feeding your children garbage and take healthy control of your homes.

This may help: I'm teaching an online class on "Weight Management" in April, check the events link for more details.
